Support Services for "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles"


In order to cope with the increasing demand for automobile transportation of "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles", the Hong Kong, China Automobile Association (HKAA) has officially expanded its membership services and added "Support Services for "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles" to provide our members with comprehensive road rescue in Guangdong Province, ensuring Our members can receive seamless support when "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles". We have successfully reached cooperation with Sino Assistance and KLM charging and repair service network* to provide members with the following "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles" support services:


1. 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Rescue and Towing Service at Guangdong Province

  • Two free roadside rescue or towing services in Guangdong Province within 1 year, with the value of each service capped at RMB 500 (excluding cross-border transit service).

2. Electric Vehicle Charging and Maintenance Services at Guangdong Province

  • Service points are located in major cities in Guangdong Province, providing all services including charging for EVs or emergency repairs.


Membership prices and packages
New member: HKD1980 for the first year



This service must be purchased together with the Ordinary Membership, which includes Hong Kong's 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Rescue Service and other services and benefits to ensure that our members receive comprehensive emergency roadside assistance.

Existing members (only Ordinary Members and Life Members) can also join the Support Services for "Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles" for a fee of HKD500 per year.
